RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Lyctus accepts returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment with the exception of clearance items. Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only, no refunds. Refunds are applied to full priced items only. We require merchandise to be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags.

Kindly try on all swimwear over your own undergarments. If stains or anything similar are found on the item, the refund wont be applicable, the item will be shipped again to customer and charge for shipment will apply automatically to the customer expenses.

Lyctus may also offer the possibility of an exchange for a more suitable product to the customer before proceeding with a refund. If exchange style selected is of greater value than original item purchased, customer will have to provide the payment method It would like to use for the difference in price. Same case if the value of the new item is of lesser value than original, the difference in price will be credited back to customer where it is agreed upon.

Refunds on full priced items will be credited to the original debit/credit card that was used to make the purchase. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from this site.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.

Lyctus reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Refunds may take from 5 to 10 business days to be credited.
